Seek Positive Triggers!

There is a myriad of potential triggers in our day-to-day lives, both internal and external. I personally focus on positive external triggers. 

These are:

  • People I like and respect
  • Challenges that stretch my capabilities
  • Experiences that stimulate me to think and work differently. 

The aim is to constantly seek out and embrace the many wonders of the world, particularly the ones you know are most likely to trigger a lift in your spirits.
